data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O SINDEPOR reuniu-se ontem com o enfermeiro diretor da ULS Coimbra, Ant\u00f3nio Marques, equipa de adjuntos e um respons\u00e1vel pelos Recursos Humanos da institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Lev\u00e1mos \u00e0 reuni\u00e3o v\u00e1rios problemas que afetam os enfermeiros da ULS Coimbra e insistimos na respetiva resolu\u00e7\u00e3o. Vamos elencar aqui os mais relevantes.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Os nossos interlocutores sublinharam v\u00e1rias vezes que est\u00e3o h\u00e1 dois meses nos cargos, que receberam uma \u201cpesada heran\u00e7a\u201d e correm \u201catr\u00e1s do preju\u00edzo\u201d.<\/p><p>Ainda assim, j\u00e1 foi criado, no passado dia 19 de mar\u00e7o, um Grupo de Trabalho para an\u00e1lise e resolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos reposicionamentos remunerat\u00f3rios dos enfermeiros da ULS de Coimbra. O grupo tem prazos claros e definidos: um relat\u00f3rio preliminar no prazo m\u00e1ximo de 30 dias e o relat\u00f3rio final no prazo m\u00e1ximo de 60 dias.<\/p><p>O objetivo \u00e9 ter todos os mais de 3 mil enfermeiros da institui\u00e7\u00e3o devidamente reposicionados na carreira, de acordo com o percurso profissional de cada um e com os diplomas legais que foram surgindo.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Para que isto possa ser uma realidade \u00e9 imprescind\u00edvel recuperar os atrasos no SIADAP. Obtivemos o compromisso de que o processo referente ao bi\u00e9nio 2023\/2024 dever\u00e1 ser conclu\u00eddo no pr\u00f3ximo m\u00eas de abril e que os respetivos reposicionamentos de carreira ser\u00e3o pagos em maio.<\/p><p>Quanto ao processo de 2025, Ant\u00f3nio Marques deixou a \u201ccerteza\u201d de que n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 um atraso da dimens\u00e3o do registado no bi\u00e9nio 2023\/2024.<\/p><p>No que diz respeito \u00e0 recupera\u00e7\u00e3o dos retroativos a 2018 e os processos judiciais movidos por grupos de enfermeiros que a ULS ir\u00e1 enfrentar, Ant\u00f3nio Marques entende que os retroativos deviam ser pagos a todos os enfermeiros, \u00e0 semelhan\u00e7a do que j\u00e1 foi feito ou est\u00e1 em curso noutras institui\u00e7\u00f5es.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>No entanto, o enfermeiro diretor reconhece que este \u00e9 um processo complexo e a dificuldade em fazer vingar o seu ponto de vista junto do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o (CA) da ULS Coimbra.<\/p><p>Sobre a atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de um dia extra de f\u00e9rias por cada dez anos de carreira aos colegas com contratos individuais de trabalho, Ant\u00f3nio Marques revelou que dever\u00e1 ser hoje decidida, pelo CA, uma proposta sua nesse sentido.<\/p><p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao regulamento de hor\u00e1rios, o respons\u00e1vel pela enfermagem da ULS Coimbra adiantou que ir\u00e1 ser feita uma revis\u00e3o deste documento e que pretende introduzir um cap\u00edtulo espec\u00edfico dedicado aos enfermeiros.<\/p><p>Sobre o problema do estacionamento, Ant\u00f3nio Marques reconhece a elevada gravidade do mesmo e garantiu que est\u00e3o a trabalhar com o SUCH e a C\u00e2mara de Coimbra com o objetivo de serem constru\u00eddos estacionamentos.<\/p><p>Quanto \u00e0 falta de informa\u00e7\u00e3o no Sisqual, WebRHV e falta de resposta aos enfermeiros que pedem esclarecimentos aos Recursos Humanos foram reconhecidas as falhas e referidas iniciativas para melhorar estas respostas.<\/p><p>Sobre os pedidos de mobilidade interna que \u201cficam na gaveta\u201d, foi-nos pedido para enviarmos os casos em concreto para que esses processos possam ser desbloqueados.<\/p><p>O SINDEPOR congratula-se com a postura que encontr\u00e1mos nesta reuni\u00e3o, tanto da parte dos respons\u00e1veis de enfermagem como dos RH, bem diferente de outras ocasi\u00f5es. No entanto, todos sabemos que existe uma diferen\u00e7a entre inten\u00e7\u00f5es e concretiza\u00e7\u00f5es, pelo que continuaremos atentos e atuantes.<\/p><p>Antes da reuni\u00e3o com os respons\u00e1veis da ULS Coimbra, o SINDEPOR visitou alguns servi\u00e7os dos HUC. Participaram nos dois momentos o nosso coordenador da regi\u00e3o Centro, Rui Paix\u00e3o, os dirigentes Margarida Vieira, Jo\u00e3o Costa e Nuno Santos e os delegados sindicais Daniel Costa e Joana Rodrigues.
