no contexto geral dos muitos sindicatos que comp\u00f5em a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/UGT.pt?__cft__%5B0%5D=AZZEBNKt_Q4x_vrYcnZwXp4iJkXxvE5bw0FEbFTDd2CFz78V7YIRJ662ixtc8eos0_gDDpcUgPMbSV_193VN7fOEm3Q7v0GHovLJtQh7mE3NOx4iu9Oy9-sxJRU15h3MkMGrt8keqacyxjdTo8lCbFNZ6t-1SfUKMdbSPcNUSZnRpubSm0f9uKPIDTqIFds2SGU&amp;__tn__=-%5DK-R\">UGT Portugal<\/a>, tamb\u00e9m reafirmar a sua discord\u00e2ncia e votar N\u00e3o perante a tentativa intransigente e impositora do atual Governo para as altera\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o laboral.<\/p><p>Altera\u00e7\u00f5es que apenas poderiam trazer mais precariedade e sofrimento aos trabalhadores e que em nada iriam beneficiar a produtividade e satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos que todos os dias contribuem para o futuro de um pa\u00eds melhor e mais justo.<\/p><p>O SINDEPOR concorda com a central sindical na qual est\u00e1 filiado, mantendo o di\u00e1logo e possibilidade de negociar at\u00e9 ao fim.<\/p><p>Mas h\u00e1 limites, sobretudo quando os processos negociais n\u00e3o respeitam as regras m\u00ednimas que comprometam e respeitem a posi\u00e7\u00e3o de ambas as partes.<\/p><p>Dispensamos imposi\u00e7\u00e3o e falta de compromisso, encapotadas com a falsa ilus\u00e3o de se estar a negociar.<\/p><p>Destacamos ainda que os dois sindicatos de enfermeiros filiados na UGT &#8211; SINDEPOR e <a
