data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O SINDEPOR visitou hoje a UCSP Olival e a USF Flor de Lotus, duas unidades que integram a ULS Amadora-Sintra, com o objetivo de ouvir os colegas sobre assuntos que iremos levar \u00e0 reuni\u00e3o que temos agendada com respons\u00e1veis da ULS Amadora-Sintra.<\/p><p>Entre os assuntos abordados com o pessoal de enfermagem destas unidades, fal\u00e1mos da integra\u00e7\u00e3o dos CSP na ULS, da melhoria registada ao n\u00edvel dos recursos materiais com a integra\u00e7\u00e3o na ULS, da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de desempenho referente a 2025 homologada com notas arrastadas do ano anterior e a faltarem notas de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o por pondera\u00e7\u00e3o curricular e de pr\u00e1ticas de higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o do circuito dos dispositivos m\u00e9dicos assegurada por enfermeiros devido \u00e0 escassez de recursos humanos, nomeadamente t\u00e9cnicos auxiliares de sa\u00fade.<\/p><p>Estes e outros assuntos ser\u00e3o abordados na reuni\u00e3o agendada para o pr\u00f3ximo dia 12 de maio.<\/p><p>Participaram nesta visita o coordenador da regi\u00e3o Sul do SINDEPOR, Lu\u00eds M\u00f3s, e as dirigentes Elsa Guerreiro e Adelina Valfreixo.
