\u00e0 discuss\u00e3o sobre o \u201cpacote patronal\u201d proposto pelo Governo. Associ\u00e1mo-nos desta forma a um protesto organizado pela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/UGT.pt?__cft__%5B0%5D=AZbKJc16t8ti2qFFlXnfUMVUVdcoESKtgW1PC5OrK8ZMogOHj7PAag7uPxBrdaaE1Rko8GmDffvhUKuW0EJ5csBhVlZwBUhxxYnKVXQjO3V9K7FhSsUVBcNd10UjGvsY1Ml8RSL20akcPPzSJUBw3LBKD20PaFylVE3ZUAqDBLT-zG5wbkZy4XwatEr5P4WKn0s&amp;__tn__=-%5DK-R\">UGT Portugal<\/a>, atrav\u00e9s da presen\u00e7a do nosso presidente, Carlos Ramalho, e da dirigente Maria da Luz.<\/p><p>Abandon\u00e1mos as galerias do Parlamento durante a interven\u00e7\u00e3o da ministra do Trabalho por estarmos certos de que a mesma n\u00e3o traria nenhuma surpresa positiva.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>J\u00e1 muito foi dito sobre o \u201cpacote patronal\u201d, mas referimos apenas duas aprecia\u00e7\u00f5es significativas. Uma \u00e9 a de que se trata do maior ataque aos direitos dos trabalhadores desde a troika e a outra \u00e9 a de que este conjunto de altera\u00e7\u00f5es legais cont\u00e9m medidas draconianas.<\/p><p>Para quem tem filhos, alertamos para o seguinte, caso a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o laboral que est\u00e1 a ser proposta venha a ser aprovada: se j\u00e1 come\u00e7aram a trabalhar ou v\u00e3o come\u00e7ar a trabalhar e ainda n\u00e3o t\u00eam um contrato efetivo, ent\u00e3o podem continuar prec\u00e1rios indefinidamente. Basta pensar nas consequ\u00eancias que isto tem para o planeamento de quem est\u00e1 a iniciar um projeto de vida.<\/p><p>Infelizmente, ontem, percebemos que o mais prov\u00e1vel \u00e9 este \u201cpacote patronal\u201d ser hoje aprovado na generalidade. Portanto, \u00e9 imprescind\u00edvel continuar a lutar contra ele, de todas as formas poss\u00edveis, e, inclusive, a UGT Portugal j\u00e1 admitiu uma nova greve geral.
