data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">O SINDEPOR volta a enaltecer o facto de a ULS Cova da Beira ter iniciado um plano de pagamento dos retroativos a 2018, aos enfermeiros do Hospital da Covilh\u00e3. Uma decis\u00e3o da mais elementar justi\u00e7a que apenas lamentamos n\u00e3o estar a ser aplicada \u00e0 totalidade das institui\u00e7\u00f5es do SNS. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">No entanto, fomos alertados, numa visita que efetu\u00e1mos ontem \u00e0s USF do Centro de Sa\u00fade da Covilh\u00e3, que este pagamento ainda n\u00e3o chegou aos colegas que a\u00ed trabalham, alegadamente porque, com o fim da ARS, a ULS ainda n\u00e3o disp\u00f5e da totalidade da informa\u00e7\u00e3o individual de cada enfermeiro. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">N\u00e3o \u00e9 a primeira vez que nos reportam que os colegas dos Cuidados de Sa\u00fade Prim\u00e1rios s\u00e3o prejudicados nos seus direitos por falhas na transmiss\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00e3o entre as anteriores ARS e as atuais ULS.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Numa era em que tudo est\u00e1 informatizado, o SINDEPOR apela \u00e0 ULS Cova da Beira, bem como \u00e0s outras ULS, a rapidamente ultrapassarem estas limita\u00e7\u00f5es no sentido de atribuir aos enfermeiros o que lhes \u00e9 devido. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">No di\u00e1logo com as colegas das USF do Centro de Sa\u00fade da Covilh\u00e3 esclarecemos d\u00favidas, nomeadamente sobre trabalho aos fins de semana, SIADAP e arrastamento de notas.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Reportaram-nos tamb\u00e9m que, muitas vezes, os enfermeiros t\u00eam de desempenhar fun\u00e7\u00f5es que pertencem aos t\u00e9cnicos auxiliares de sa\u00fade e aos assistentes operacionais pelo que voltamos a apelar \u00e0 ULS Cova da Beira para que defina com mais rigor aquilo que deve ser efetuado por cada profissional. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">O SINDEPOR esteve representado nestas visitas por Rui Paix\u00e3o, coordenador da regi\u00e3o Centro, pelos dirigentes Nuno Santos e Vera Matos e delegados Ant\u00f3nio Pedro Vasconcelos e Ana Rosa.
