Outono da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Unidades de Cuidados na Comunidade (AUCC), em Faro, sob o mote \u201cConstruindo Pontes com a AUCC\u201d. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Este encontro entre institui\u00e7\u00f5es e profissionais de enfermagem permitiu a partilha de experi\u00eancias, conhecimentos e boas pr\u00e1ticas, identificando desafios comuns, solu\u00e7\u00f5es e desenvolvendo respostas que valorizam as pessoas que recebem cuidados e os profissionais.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A enfermagem tem um papel central nesta constru\u00e7\u00e3o pela proximidade das pessoas, fam\u00edlias e equipas, conhecendo de forma privilegiada os desafios dos cuidados. Dar voz a esse conhecimento e criar di\u00e1logo entre profissionais e institui\u00e7\u00f5es valoriza a nossa profiss\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A colabora\u00e7\u00e3o permite n\u00e3o apenas partilhar conhecimentos e boas pr\u00e1ticas, mas tamb\u00e9m aproximar pessoas, comunidades e diferentes \u00e1reas de interven\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00c9 necess\u00e1rio substituir a l\u00f3gica do isolamento por uma cultura de parceria, em que a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o diminui a identidade de cada institui\u00e7\u00e3o, mas fortalece-a. As pontes institucionais constroem-se com di\u00e1logo, respeito, transpar\u00eancia e compromisso. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Quando estas capacidades se encontram e s\u00e3o colocadas ao servi\u00e7o de objetivos comuns, torna-se poss\u00edvel alcan\u00e7ar resultados mais consistentes e duradouros. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Construir pontes n\u00e3o significa apagar diferen\u00e7as, mas reconhecer que cada institui\u00e7\u00e3o e cada profissional tem algo a acrescentar.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00c9 este o desafio e tamb\u00e9m a oportunidade: transformar a articula\u00e7\u00e3o em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o, a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o em conhecimento partilhado e o conhecimento em melhores cuidados.<\/span><\/p><p
