data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">O SINDEPOR visitou recentemente alguns servi\u00e7os do Hospital de Aveiro, onde auscult\u00e1mos os colegas com vista a levar as quest\u00f5es que nos apresentaram a uma reuni\u00e3o que j\u00e1 solicit\u00e1mos ao conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o da ULS Regi\u00e3o de Aveiro.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A queixa que mais ouvimos, na quase totalidade dos servi\u00e7os, prende-se com a falta de enfermeiros, motivada, em primeiro lugar, devido ao n\u00e3o cumprimento dos r\u00e1cios definidos pela Ordem dos Enfermeiros. A esta circunst\u00e2ncia somam-se casos de colegas que est\u00e3o de baixa, sem que a institui\u00e7\u00e3o disponibilize rapidamente substitutos.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cSabemos que n\u00e3o estamos a prestar os melhores cuidados poss\u00edveis\u201d, foi um dos lamentos que escut\u00e1mos. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Outros problemas apontados dizem respeito \u00e0 pr\u00f3pria estrutura f\u00edsica de alguns servi\u00e7os, esperando os colegas que as limita\u00e7\u00f5es possam ser superadas com a conclus\u00e3o de algumas obras que decorrem no hospital.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Esclarecemos tamb\u00e9m algumas d\u00favidas, nomeadamente relacionadas com hor\u00e1rio de amamenta\u00e7\u00e3o e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o SIADAP. Debatemos ainda a esperan\u00e7a que os colegas t\u00eam \u2013 e que acompanhamos &#8211; de a enfermagem vir a ser considerada uma profiss\u00e3o de risco, como merece. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">O facto de v\u00e1rios colegas serem especialistas e exercerem as respetivas fun\u00e7\u00f5es, mas sem que isso tenha correspond\u00eancia no vencimento, foi tamb\u00e9m lamentado. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Da nossa parte apel\u00e1mos \u00e0 sindicaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, lembrando que sindicatos com mais associados conseguem melhores resultados. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00c9 o caso dos aumentos salariais negociados pela plataforma sindical que inclui o SINDEPOR. Pelos nossos c\u00e1lculos, o ordenado base de acesso ao SNS dever\u00e1 rondar os 1800 euros no pr\u00f3ximo ano, quando em 2022 (n\u00e3o foi h\u00e1 tanto tempo assim) era de 1200 euros.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Participaram nesta visita o coordenador da regi\u00e3o Centro do SINDEPOR, Rui Paix\u00e3o, os dirigentes Margarida Vieira, Jo\u00e3o Costa e Paulo Pereira e as delegadas sindicais Ana Rosa e Paula Andrade.
